Update: my proofer sent me this link showing you what an ass-hat that Bieber is and why most Canadians want to boot him out of the country. If Harper actually smacked him in the back of the head instead of hand shaked him, we would been ok with it. As is, the Prime Minister politely shook the hand of the punk and went on with the business of handing out now completely meaningless medals. Don’t believe me?
